Trying something new

I finally realized that I needed something else to keep myself accountable, and something that required a little less math. A friend suggested that I try Weight Watchers, which I initially didn't think I should do, and now am hooked (granted, it's only been one week, but I have been able to eat out twice and not sabotage my diet, which is more than I could do using the last one).

I'm going to post my next weigh-in, on Sunday, here, and we'll see what two weeks has brought about. And then on to forming an exercise plan again. I think my back can hold up now, though I'm still a little nervous.
